Mon exemplaire a rendu l'âme après 2 ans et quelques jours... bien évidemment juste après la fin de la garantie. Appareil fragile, comme la plupart des nettoyeurs vapeur.

J'en ai été très satisfaite.J'ai ensuite été 2 mois 1/2 sans l'utiliser.J'ai voulu dégivrer mon congélateur avec ce nettoyeur vapeur aujourd'hui et il ne fonctionne plus.La vapeur sort par accoup et sans pression.Même si j'ai utilisé de l'eau déminéralisée les premières fois, j'ai tout de même fait un nettoyage "anti-calcaire".Rien n'y fait. La vapeur sort un peu plus que lorsque j'appuie sur le bouton "anti-calcaire".J'ai lu le mode d'emploi et rien ne correspond à ma panne.Que faire ?Ce serait dommage que ce soit une machine à usage unique...
