Je n'ai rien à reprocher au matériel, si ce n'est qu'il pourrait être mieux protégé pour bien voyager pendant la livraison, car pour arriver à arracher 3 rivets POP comme cela a été le cas pour l'échelle, il a fallu sûrement beaucoup la secouer. Comme je n'avais pas envie de la renvoyer, car elle correspond exactement à ce dont j'ai besoin, j'ai acheté une pince à rivets POP ainsi que quelques rivets, et j'ai effectué moi-même la réparation. J'espère qu'il sera tenu compte de mon avis lors d'une prochaine commande.A bientôt peut-être.MARTINEZ
